Because of its secluded location and abundance of trees and grasses, Rectory Lane Cemetery is a haven for wildlife in the middle of Berkhamsted town. Our Planting and Wildlife Management Plan aims to encourage even more creatures, with the creation of a wildlife corridor and hibernacula, the construction and installation of bird and bat boxes, and a policy of diverse planting for pollinators and other insects.
