Unmarked grave Cecil Robert Latchford (1921-1922)
Cecil was born in 1921 in Berkhamsted to Walter and Elsie Violet Latchford. Walter was a grocery assistant at the Co-Op in Berkhamsted High Street, the son of Fred Latchford and the brother of Cecil (died 1916) who is also buried in this cemetery.
Sadly little Cecil died at home at 113, George Street Feb 1922 aged only 12 months.
