Unmarked grave Cecil Latchford (1901-1916)  Cecil was born in 1901in Berkhamsted, the son of Fred and Emma (née Halsey) Latchford. The family lived at 29, Kitsbury Road. His father was a carpenter and Cecil was their third son and fourth child. Sadly Cecil died in April 1916 in West Herts Hospital aged 15.
