Edith was born in 1903 and died, aged only one year, at 15 Red Lion Yard. She was buried 9 June 1904.

It is possible that she is some relation of the Coxhill family – widower Joseph and his unmarried daughter Phoebe – who were living at 12, Red Lion Yard in 1901, but no definite facts about little Edith have been found
