Ida was born Ida Anna Harris in 1901. It has not been possible to trace where, or the names of her parents.
She married Reginald Oliver Bassil, a gardener, in Berkhamsted, 26 December 1928 but died only six years later and was buried 21 April 1934, aged 33.
The couple lived at 6, Holly Drive, Berkhamsted.
