Annie was born in 1873.
Unfortunately the presence in the town of another Annie Harriet Ashby born within one year of her birth means it has not been possible to confidently identify her parents and early life.
Annie married Ernest Charles Welch 8 October 1905 in St Peter’s but sadly the marriage was short-lived and she died in October 1909 in West Herts hospital aged 36.
Ernest married again and he and his second wife lie in plot 1152.
