Douglas Herbert Bayliss (1931-1933)
Douglas was born in Berkhamsted in the last quarter of 1931 and sadly died in early 1933.
He was the son of Herbert G Bayliss and Jessie (née Wilson) who had married in the town in 1922. Herbert, born 1898, was a plasterer and native of Berkhamsted.
Little Douglas appears to have been their only child.
