Florence was born in August 1902 in Edmonton London, the daughter of Frederick and Annie Foskett.
In 1921 she was living with her family at 23, Queens Road, Berkhamsted. She was a clerk for Lane’s Nurseries.
Florence married Walter Henry Westgate in Berkhamsted 7 December 1923. Walter was a taxi cab proprietor.
The 1939 Register records them at 138, White Cross, Abingdon, Berks.
Florence died 1 November 1947 at 13, Alexandra Road, Reading. Walter died in Reading in 1953.
Her nieces, Phyllis and Jesse West, are buried in plot 828.
