Frank was born in 1890 and baptised 27 April that year in St Peter’s. His parents were Sarah Jane and Edward Harvey Bedford.
1891 the family lived at 62, Castle Street. His father was developing a carrier and horse and carriage hire business that was to become extremely prosperous.
On 6 March 1896 the National School registers note that Frank was “not very strong”.
In 1911 Frank, who was a coachmen, was living with his brother-in-law Albert Harrowell and family in Shrublands Avenue, along with his younger brother Frederick.
Frank never married and died 10 March 1918 aged 27. He is buried here with his brothers George and Edward Harvey.
