Frank was born in 1895 to James Osborn and his wife Lizzie (née Garment).
By the time of the 1901 census James was employed as a rural postman and the family – four girls and four boys – lived at 7, Cross Oak Road
Frank died at 8, Cross Oak Road September 1909 aged 14. To make this even more tragic his sister Elsie Mabel had died in January that year aged 18. She is buried in this cemetery.
