Nellie was born 16 July1876 in Fenny Stratford, Buckinghamshire to Thomas and Annie Pacey. Her father was an ironmonger and plumber.

She remained at home in Park Street, Fenny Stratford until her marriage at the age of 35 in 1911 in Lambeth to widower John Parker, a litho printer, whose wife had died in 1903.

Charles C (1912) and Freda G (1917) were both born in Berkhamsted

John died in 1920 and is buried here.

The 1939 Register shows Nellie living alone at 14, Woodlands Avenue.

She died 12 April 1960.
