Thomas Bond
1861 –1909

Unmarked grave Thomas Bond (1861-1909)

Thomas was born in 1861 in Farnham, Surrey to Thomas Bond, stone mason, and his wife Charlotte. He was their third son.

In 1881 he was living with his widowed mother and brother David in Farnham. He was employed as a groom.

Thomas married servant Mary Ann Redman in the Chertsey district in 1887. Their son Horace was born in 1888 in Walton on Thames.

In 1891 the family lived in Winkwell, Hemel Hempstead. Thomas was a coachman.

Thomas jnr. was born in 1891, followed by Dorothy Annie (1894) and Kathleen (1896), all in Boxmoor.

Thomas died in May 1909 at 4, Clarence Road, Berkhamsted, aged 48.
